This Company Application has been filed by the applicants praying to direct the Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras to execute a Sale Certificate in their favour conveying Flat No.324 of an area of 998 Sq.ft in the Third and Mezzanine Floors of Alsa Townsville, No.170, Arcot Road, Valsarawalkam, Chennai - 600 087, together with 107.38/10000th undivided share in land of an extent of 1 Acre 16.5 Cents (50794 Sq.ft) i.e., 545.43 Sq.ft.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that pursuant to the earlier order dated 02.03.2023 passed by this Court, the learned Official Liquidator has issued the Sale Certificate in favour of the applicants.
