O R D E R

The bundle is not available. The learned counsel for parties state that this matter was lastly listed on 27.02.2015 before this Court and thereafter, the respondents have made one part payment, as they seek to link the payment to the payments being received from National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC).

2. In view of the aforesaid, no directions are required at present and the Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to revive the same, if need be by reconstructing the bundle. No costs.
