O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the second respondent to dispose of her representation dated 27.08.2013.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Office Assistant by the second respondent in the sanctioned post on compassionate appointment. She made representation dated 27.08.2013 to the second respondent and further representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 29.09.2014 to the first respondent seeking promotion to the post of Revenue Assistant and since there was no fruitful response, has filed this writ petition.

3.It is represented that the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2013 to the second respondent and further representation dated 29.09.2014 to the first respondent were replied and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
