The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.04.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.137 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner was found in possession of 0.19 grams of LSD stamps. Hence, the case was registered against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel raises a doubt whether the weight of the Psychotropic Substance along with the blot paper could be taken into consideration or whether it should be without the blot paper. 4.These are issues which the petitioner can always take up during the course of trial. Even though it is stated that charge sheet has been filed, let the petitioner face trial on all those issues.
