C.M.P.Nos.14750 to 14752 of 2019 have been filed to condone the delay of 109 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner viz., Rathinammal; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner; to bring on record the 2nd petitioner herein namely P.R.Mathivaanan, S/o. Of Lae P.Ramasamy, Hindu, aged about 42 years, residing at Kutthampatti Marriyammal Koil Street, Sakthi Nagar, Kuttampatti Village, Erode Taluk as legal representative of the deceased Rathinammal in the above Civil Revision Petition and rank him as 2nd petitioner.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.14750 of 2019, C.M.P.No.14750 of 2019 is ordered and delay is condoned. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.14750 of 2019, C.M.P.Nos.14751 & 14752 of 2019 are also ordered.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.No.3874 of 2014 and list the matter for hearing on 22.12.2021.
