Sivasankari, representing Mr.S.Gunaseelan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.961 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge of Coimbatore, was dismissed on 08.04.2024. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuos. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition and produced a copy of e-court daily Status of the case in O.S.No.961 of 2012 made in the Court below.
2. In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by Ms.S. Sivasankari, representing Mr.S.Gunaseelan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
