It is reported that in the Second Appeal, the second appellant and sole respondent died.
2. C.M.P.Nos. 13250, 13403 and 13401 of 2022 have been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioner 4 to 6 as legal representative of the deceased second appellant; to set aside the abatement and to condone the delay of 1343 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant.
3 C.M.P.Nos.14215, 14217 and 14220 of 2022 have been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 5 as legal representative of sole respondent; to set aside the abatement and to condone the delay of 4230 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of sole respondent. 4.In all the above CMPs, notice was ordered and counsel entered appearance for the proposed respondents 2 to 5 and has no serious objection to allow this petition.
