the vacancy which will be caused due to Superannuation of her Husband, namely Mr.A.Noor Mohammed, Physical Education Teacher on 31.05.2025 and thereby Deploy or Transfer Thiru.V.S.Dinesh (Physical Education Teacher) from Bharathi High School Reddipatti to the petitioner school, as per rule 32(13) of the Tamil Nadu Private School Regulations 2023 and in the light of the GO.Ms.No.146, School Education dated 20.06.2024, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
