(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12779 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020.

2.Earlier, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.12779 of 2020 on 21.08.2020 with condition to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days either after lifting of lock down or after commencement of normal functioning of the Courts whichever is earlier. Whereas the petitioner has not surrendered within the time fixed by this Court and the petitioner has surrendered before the learned Magistrate only on 04.11.2020 after the order has been lapsed.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
