This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 47 days delay in filing Crl.A.SR.No.31179 of 2025 against the judgment passed by learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore in Spl.S.C.No.144 of 2022 order dated 22.01.2025.
