ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose the divorce petition filed by him in H.M.O.P.No.3612 of 2021 within a stipulated period.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this revision petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Revision Petition even without notice to the respondent.

3. A perusal of the docket entry enclosed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the initial counselling session was over and the matter is posted for filing of counter by the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration that the pleadings of the parties is not yet completed, this Court is inclined to direct the learned V Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.3612 of 2021 within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stand disposed of. No costs.
