S.Ramasamy (Died) v. N.Kannappan

This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, late S.Ramasamy, as appellants 2 to 4 viz., 1) Panchavarnam, 2) Balaji and 3)Vasantha Kumar in the main appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the main appeal on 11.04.2023.
