ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the dismissal of the petitioners application in I.A.No.160 of 2014 in O.S.No.48 of 2003 on the file of the District Munsif,Gudiatham to receive additional written statement.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial court has disposed of the suit and hence nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and hence, he undertkes to send an e-mail to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
