This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in O.M.No.2219/A2/2008 dated 11.03.2008 and to quash the same, and to direct the respondents to grant incentive increments for acquiring M.Phil. qualification to the petitioner and arrears of increments.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, has been granted by the respondents and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
