WP No.23232 of 2019 Call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.6485/E5/19 dated 10/07/2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as B.T.Assistant (Science) based on the Union Seniority within the Chengam Union, WP No.25848 of 2019 Directing the respondents to restore the petitioners to their parent Union viz Rishivanthiam Union, Villupuram District, in the existing vacancies by allowing the petitioners to participate in the Counseling for deployment to be conducted on 30/08/2019, as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.22725/E1/2019 dated 22/08/2019, on priority basis. 25984 of 2019 To direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to get transfer back to Villivakkam Union/ parent Union in the existing vacancies to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher for academic year 2019-2020 by allowing them to participate in the transfer / deployment counseling on priority basis, as per the terms of their deployment order and G.O.(1D) No.217, School Education Department, dated 20/06/2019.

WP No.26099 of 2019 calling for the records pertaining to the impugned G.O. (1D) No. 217, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department, dated 20.06.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as Para 4 (I) (ii), directing the authorities to deploy junior most teacher in the station to other union when there is surplus in a union, is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to deploy junior most teacher in a Thuraiyur union to other union when there is surplus in the same.

WP No.27969 of 2019 to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2170/A4/2019 dated 27.08.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as a Secondary Grade Teacher within the sanctioned strength in Rishivanthiyam Union WP No.28419 of 2019 calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.217 School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department dated 20.06.2019 in so far as para 4. I) (ii) is concerned and the consequential transfer order passed by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.2804/B2/2019 dated 30.08.2019, transferring the petitioner from the Panchayath Union Primary School, Sathapadi, Bhuvanagiri Block, Cuddalore District to Municipal Middle School, Kothangudi

Street, Kumaratchi Block, Cuddalore District and quash the same. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.21715 of 2018 and etc., batch on 06.11.2019 has been complied with and no further orders are required in these Writ Petitions.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
