This petition is filed to condone the delay of 137 days in preferring the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 19.09.2024 in the admission list for final hearing.

4. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.K.Premkumar, learned Counsel for the respondents in the cause list at the time of admission.
