No.249/3, to the extent of 8.01 acres in 248/1B to the extent of 2.70 acres to the total amount of 10.71 acres situated at Thajpura Village, Arcot Taluk, Ranipet District and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2026 and consequently direct the 5th respondent to provide adequate police protection for the construction of a compound wall around the petitioner's land to the total extent of 10.71 acres situated at Thajpura Village, Arcot Taluk, Ranipet District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fifth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to respondents 6 to 9. After affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, the fifth respondent shall pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, if it is found feasible, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if petitioner's representation is found feasible.
