When the matter was listed for hearing on 01.11.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he has handed over the papers along with change of vakalat to the petitioners for engaging some other counsel. Therefore, the Registry was directed to verify whether any counsel had entered appearance on behalf of the petitioners. If so, print the name of the counsel for the petitioners otherwise, print the name of the petitioners in the cause list on 05.11.2019. Though the names of the petitioners were printed in the cause list on 05.11.2019, non appeared for them. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal"on 06.11.2019.
