Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorari, calling for the records in I.D.No.184 of 2005 on the file of the Labour Court, Cuddalore dt.14.03.2014 and quash the same.

ORDER
Writ Petition has been filed to quash the awad passed in I.D.No.184 of 2005 on the file of the Labour Court, Cuddalore dated 14.03.2014.
2. Seeking to reinstate the first respondent into service along with full back wages, the first respondent raised an Industrial Dispute before the second respondent in I.D.No.184 of 2006. However, the Labour Court vide order dated 14.03.2014 has directed the petitioner / management to reinstate the first respondent along with back wages. Challenging the same, the petitioner management has filed the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the first respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the matter was amicably settled between the parties. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
