Heard Mr. C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M.L. Mahendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner seeks direction to the third and fourth respondents to consider the representation dated 15-02-2015 by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
which the petitioner has called upon the Revenue Officials not to re-classify the land as assessed waste and natham from unassessed waste land and not to grant any patta. The representation has been sent by speed post.

In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15-02-2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
