ORDER

The petitioner seeks for the following reliefs: "directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and fix boundaries for the land to an extent of 38 Ares bearing survey no.9/2A2, 41.50 Ares bearing Survey No.9/2B and 77 Ares, bearing Survey Nos.9/3B situated at Kariyanur Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District, based on the online application No.2025/0123/16/004293 dated 11.04.2025 along with necessary police protection from the 3rd respondent, within the time limit to be stipulated by this court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.S.Balamurugan, states that

the request of the petitioner for survey and fixation of boundaries made on 11.04.2025 will be considered positively. He states that the said exercise will be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement is recorded.
