The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. He has also circulated a letter dated 30.06.2015 to the Registry in this regard.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. No costs.
