ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13894 of 2020, order dated 21.09.2020 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13894 of 2020, on 21.09.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
