Gratuity, General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave and Encashment of unearned leave on private affairs to the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his Ref.No.10802/I.R/2015 datd 20.11.2015 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondent to disburse the petitioner's retirement benefits viz. Gratuity, General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave and Encashment of unearned leave on private affairs to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
