ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing all the respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner representation dated 10.01.2014.

2. On perusal of the representation dated 10.01.2014, revealed that the petitioner requested the respondents not to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issue patta to the private respondents without intimation to the petitioner for the reason that two cases are pending before the appropriate court. The fourth respondent filed counter and stated that the main issue sought for in the prayer is that transfer of Registry should not be made in the name of the Gowrishankar, the opponent party and to take appropriate action on his representation dated 10.01.2014. The writ petitioner has already sent an objection petition on 23.10.2013 regarding this issue and no transfer of registry was ordered in view of the injunction in force.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the fourth respondent, the writ petition is closed. In view of the same, the implead petition in M.P.No.1 of 2014 is also closed. No order as to costs.
