the petitioner dated 09.5.2025 in order to submit his bids through online on or before 22.5.2025 15.00 Hrs in Tender Notice No. S.W.D.C.No.B2/1318/2025 dated 05.5.2025 on the file of the 1st respondent in respect of works SI. Nos.1 to 17 and 18 to 29 with respect to Zones 4 and 8.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the learned Standing Counsel accepting notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to issue a site visit certificate as per his application dated 09.5.2025.
3. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the site visit certificate will be issued to the petitioner by tomorrow i.e. 17.5.2025.

4. The said submission of the learned Additional Advocate General is taken as an undertaking given by the first respondent to this Court and it is placed on record.
5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed.
