When he was trying to apply for the post of Assistant in L.I.C., he was not able to apply due to age restrictions. The maximum age limit to apply for the same is 30 years but the present age of the Petitioner is 40 years. However, for the past 27 years, there is no recruitment for the post of Assistant and the Petitioner had no opportunity to apply for the said post.
