Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to pay the petitioner current wages on par with other Drivers who had joined the services of the respondent corporation as Drivers at about the same time when the petitioner has joined the services of the respondent corporation during August 1986 together with arrears with effect from 06.08.2013 and 20% back wages.
