2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Review Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner, the Review Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed.
