ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is seen from the records that already a civil suit was filed by the respondents 3 and 4 and that became a subject matter of challenge before this Court in CRP. No.1137 of 2019 and this Court has stayed the proceeding and CRP is pending. In the mean time, it is grievance of the petitioner that the respondents 3 to 6 are using the police and the police are interfering into the civil dispute between the parties.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

This writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the parties and it is left open to the parties to agitate their rights only before the competent Civil Court and redress their grievance. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
