Crl.M.P.No.8822 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11407 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11407 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11407 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
