This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to accept and register the lease deed in respect of the property in Survey No.375/2 situated at Chithambalam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that when he presented the lease deed, the same has not been taken on file for registration purpose and hence, he seeks a direction.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that, if the petitioner presents the lease deed, orders will be passed by the respondent in a reasonable time. 6.
In such view of the matter, let the petitioner presents the lease deed for registration to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent 2/4
is directed to pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week thereafter. 7.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
