ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the locking, sealing and demolition notice dated 14.2.2013, the petitioner has taken steps to remove all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deviations reported in the said notice. Thereafter, the 5th petitioner, who is the power agent of the petitioners 1 to 4, has made an application/representation on 13.09.2014 requesting to inspect the building and after proper verification, remove the lock and seal from the building.

2. Mr. G. Anantharangan, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation would submit that on the basis of the representation dated 13.9.2014, the respondent will make proper inspection and if it is found that all the deviations as pointed out in the notice dated 14.2.2013 have been removed and the premises is strictly in accordance with the approved plan, appropriate action to remove the seal from the building will be taken, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. In view of that, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
