ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.2863 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2863 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
