O R D E R

Heard the petitioner, who appeared as party in person. I have also heard Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of first respondent and Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel on behalf of the second respondent.

2. The petitioner was employed by a Society by name S.V.Mills, which was liquidated in the year 2003. The petitioner submitted an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application for payment of dividend. The said application is now pending on the file of second respondent. The present request is to direct the second respondent to dispose of the application dated 7.10.2014 on merits.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 7.10.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application dated 7.10.2014 along with a copy of this order so as to enable the second respondent to dispose of the same, within the aforesaid time.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
