These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 703 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant Pannerselvam; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant Pannerselvam; and to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 3 to 8 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant Pannerselvam in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 3.Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out.
