This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.04.2023, wherein, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta with respect to the subject properties. 2/4
2.Heard Mr.R.Munuswamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.04.2023 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and before a final decision is taken, notice shall be issued to all the interested persons. A final order shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
