Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus forbearing the 3rd respondent from executing the sale deed pertaining to pending document No.25 of 2014 dated 15.12.2014 at the instance of the respondents 5 to 8 pursuant to the letter dated 28.01.2015 of the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 8 for the production of false documents in pursuance of Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 with in the stipulated time.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 18.08.2016 to the Registry to that effect. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 18.08.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
