Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, call for the records connected in Na.Ka.No.71158/C5/E2/2008, dated 26.09.2008 of the second 1/5

respondent and in Lr.(1D).No.111/62/2013, dated 29.04.2013 of the first respondent and quash the same in so far as denial of arrears of salary is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to pay arrears of salary in the post of primary School Headmaster from the date of actual promotion.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to quash the orders passed in Na.Ka.No.71158/C5/E2/2008, dated 26.09.2008 of the second respondent and in Lr.(1D).No.111/62/2013, dated 29.04.2013 of the first respondent and in so far as denial of arrears of salary is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to pay arrears of salary in the post of primary School Headmaster from the date of actual promotion. Mr.A.R.Suresh, learned counsel representing the petitioner has submitted that the relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition has 2/5

already been fulfilled by the respondents.

The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a proceedings to show that sanction of arrears and other benefits have already been settled to the petitioner and hence, cause does not survive any more in this writ petition.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
