ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No. 875 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that A1 was found to be in a possession of 1 kilo and 600 grams of ganja. Based on the confession given by the A1 arrested, the Law Enforcing Agency registered the case against the petitioner. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the the petitioner was found to be in a possession of 1 kilo and 600 grams of ganja. He further submits that the petitioner funded for purchasing Ganja from Andhra Pradesh. For which the main accused person purchased the ganja as instructed by the petitioer. . Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the offence committed by the petitioner is serious one, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
