W.P.NO.6530 OF 2015 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J., This petition is listed today under the caption for being mentioned stating that the petitioners requested for consideration of their representation in the light of Circular No.67 and this Court while disposing of the writ petition has not issued such direction.

2.Accordingly, the Paragraph No.5 of the order shall be read as "............ and in accordance with law in the light of Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

3.Registry is directed to issue a fresh certified copy to the parties on 30.03.2015.
