ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) A of NDPS Act in Crime No. Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other person were found illegal possession of 34 pockets of ganja weighing around 340 grams. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the the petitioner along with the other person were found illegal possession of ganja weighing around 340 grams. He further submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is having six previous cases similar in nature and an history sheet H.S.No.19 of 2020 similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there are six cases similar in nature pending against the petitioner and also considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 08/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
