O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for seeking direction to the learned Family Court Judge, Erode to complete the enquiry of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.276/2016 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed this petition in H.M.O.P.No.276 of 2016 against the respondent / wife

under Section 13(1) (I) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956. The petitioner's side evidence is completed and now, and it is pending for respondent's evidence. Even after completion of five years, this H.M.O.P. is still pending. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is preferred.

3. Considering the fact that this case in H.M.O.P.No.276/2016 falls under the category of five year old cases, this Court directs the learned Family Court Judge, Erode to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.276/2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three(03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is Disposed of. No costs.
