The learned counsel for the defendant in C.S. No. 507 of 2016 may examine the noting of the Registry, wherein it is stated that the written statement of the third defendant and the adoption memo filed by the first, second and fourth defendants had been returned on 20.05.2019 and the application filed has also been returned on 20.05.2019.

The same may be examined and necessary compliances may be done.

The Registry may also list A.No. 6293 of 2018 in C.S.No. 115 of 2018 for consideration.
