This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.18 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Alandur.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the trial has already been commenced in S.C.No.18 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Alandur.

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds available to him before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected
