Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

There appears to be a bad blood between the petitioner and the fourth respondent occasioned due to the unfortunate death of the grandson of the petitioner, who was studying with the fourth respondent / School. A criminal case against the fourth respondent, at the instance of the petitioner, is pending in C.C.No.354 of 2009 and another one against the petitioner on a complaint given by the fourth respondent, in C.C.No.1 of 2012, on an allegation that the fourth respondent was attacked. The petitioner made a further complaint alleging that the fourth respondent was charging exorbitant fees. It appears that the complaint relates back to the yester
years.
3. The Chief Educational Officer, Salem (who was not made as a party in this petition) was addressed to look into the complaint, as seen from the proceedings of the third respondent initiated during the month of November 2014. While it is the case of the fourth respondent that the enquiry revealed the allegations made in the complaint as not true, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is factually incorrect since no intimation has been sent to the petitioner though the petitioner attended the same.
4. This Court is not willing to spend much time on that. If the enquiry is completed by the Chief Educational Officer, Salem, then the copy of the same will have to be given to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Similarly, in pursuant to the same, if any order is passed by the third respondent, the same will have to be communicated to the petitioner and the fourth respondent within the said period. Thus the third respondent is hereby directed to comply with the above said directions. However, if no final decision is taken either by the Chief Educational Officer, Salem, or by the third respondent, then the same also will have to be done within the said period.
5. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. It is needless to point out that liberty is given to both the parties to workout their respective remedies in the manner known to law, if they are so advised. No costs.
