ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the impugned order will be withdrawn and appropriate decision would be taken as to whether the petitioner should be placed under suspension strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1955.
