ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions in Para No.7 of the order dated 17.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25544 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners, being daily wage laborers from a modest financial background, are unable to arrange four sureties each for a sum of Rs.25,000/-. It was further submitted that the non compliance is neither wilful nor deliberate but due to

bona fide financial constraints and hence the condition relating to sureties may be modified.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25544 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition that "Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukarai, Coimbatore District on condition that the each petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.

Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the Police Officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate, on further conditions that". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
