After hearing Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the application is disposed of by directing the second respondent to furnish a copy of the order of the second respondent sanctioning prosecution and a copy of the prosecution complaint filed under Section 55 read with Section 50 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 to the petitioner within 14.06.2018.
