This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 386 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. Despite the receipt of notice, the respondent No.2 neither appeared nor entered appearance through his counsel.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that time was required for obtaining certified copies of the award and for completing further procedural formalities, and therefore, a delay of 86 days occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

5. Accepting the averments made in the petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 04.06.2026. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
